Shipping policy

At CUB TO KID  Clothing, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. We understand how important it is for parents to receive their children’s clothing on time, and we do our best to ensure a smooth and reliable shipping experience.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate will apply at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional cost)

Please note that shipping times may vary slightly based on your location, weather conditions, or during peak seasons such as holidays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package every step of the way. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are working on expanding our services in the future.

Delays or Issues
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, occasionally there may be delays due to circumstances beyond our control (carrier delays, weather issues, etc.). If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [your support email]. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. CUB TO KID is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
